Scheduled Maintenance Notice

We have scheduled maintenance planned to enhance our infrastructure reliability and performance.

23:00 GMT 23/02/2026 – 02:00 GMT 24/02/2026

Maintenance Overview

As part of our ongoing commitment to infrastructure excellence and continuous service improvement, our data centre provider (Iomart) will be performing critical network maintenance. This work involves migrating uplink connections from legacy core infrastructure to next-generation equipment.

Technical Details

The maintenance will involve transitioning uplink connections and associated configurations from legacy Cisco WS-C6509-E core switches to new Cisco NCS540 series core routers. This upgrade is a prerequisite for the planned decommissioning of the ageing core infrastructure.

Engineering Team

All maintenance activities will be conducted by certified Iomart network engineers with extensive experience in enterprise-grade infrastructure migrations.

Service Impact

No service disruption is anticipated. All DNS services are configured with redundant secondary name servers that will remain fully operational throughout the maintenance window. DNS resolution and all hosted services will continue to function normally.

Affected Systems

  • DC5-NorthNet uplink connections
  • Primary DNS infrastructure (redundancy active)

All Systems Operational

All services are currently running at optimal performance. Scheduled maintenance has been planned to minimise any potential impact.
